WE ALL HAVE HEARD AN OLD PROVERB "HEALTH IS WEALTH".AND IT'S TRUE. TODAY IN THIS FAST-MOVING WORLD IT'S VERY IMPORTANT TO TAKE PROPER  CARE OF OUR HEALTH AND BODY BECAUSE MONEY CAN'T BUY GOOD HEALTH.

YOGA'S ORIGINS CAN BE TRACED TO NORTHERN INDIA OVER 5,000 YEARS AGO.

 TIRUMALA KRISHNAMACHARYA WAS AN INDIAN YOGA TEACHER, AYURVEDIC HEALER AND SCHOLAR. HE IS SEEN AS ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT GURUS OF MODERN YOGA, AND IS OFTEN CALLED "THE FATHER OF MODERN YOGA".HE ALSO DEVELOPED POSTURAL YOGA.

BASICALLY, THE AIM OF YOGA IS TO ACHIEVE SELF-RESPECT, CONTROL THE BREATH, ACHIEVE DEEP RELAXATION, LOOK GOOD AND GROW THROUGH MEDITATION. BUT THERE ARE SOME RULES OF YOGA WHICH ONE SHOULD FOLLOW FOR THE BETTER RESULTS IT SHOULD NOT BE PERFORMED IN A STATE OF EXHAUSTION, ILLNESS, IN A HURRY, OR IN ANY KIND


OF STRESS CONDITION. WOMEN SHOULD AVOID YOGA DURING THEIR MENSES IN PLACE OF THAT THEY CAN DO RELAXATION TECHNIQUES AND PRANAYAMA. ONE SHOULD NEVER  DO YOGA AFTER MEALS.
